Terea Abu Dhabi sells heated tobacco products, which are age-restricted. Our products are intended solely for adult smokers who would otherwise continue smoking or using nicotine products.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

We do not sell, supply, or deliver TEREA sticks, HEETS, IQOS devices, lil SOLID devices, Lambda devices, accessories, or any other nicotine or tobacco product to anyone under 21.

2. Age verification

We may require age verification before completing an order. If asked, you may be requested to provide one of the following:

Passport

Our delivery team may also request valid identification at the point of delivery before handing over an order. If identification cannot be produced, the order will not be released.

Verification checks are carried out solely to confirm age. Any document shown to a delivery driver is checked visually and not retained.

3. Refusal of service

Terea Abu Dhabi reserves the right to:

Cancel any order we believe has been placed by or on behalf of a person under 21
Withhold delivery where identification is not provided or does not match the order details
Restrict access to this website or our services where false age information has been given

Orders cancelled for these reasons are not subject to any obligation to supply.

4. Underage purchases

Anyone under 21 is prohibited from purchasing, attempting to purchase, or receiving nicotine or tobacco products from Terea Abu Dhabi. This includes attempting to order through another person.

Any breach of this policy may result in cancellation of the order without notice and refusal of future service.

6. Nicotine and health

The products we sell contain nicotine, which is addictive.

They are intended only for adults who already smoke or use nicotine, and are not intended for non-smokers, former smokers, or anyone who has never used tobacco or nicotine products. They should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Products should be kept out of reach of children at all times. TEREA and other SMARTCORE sticks also contain a sharp metal part which can cause serious injury if swallowed, and must not be ingested or taken apart.

Terea Abu Dhabi operates in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations governing the sale, marketing, and distribution of tobacco and nicotine products, and supports responsible retail practices across the Emirates.
