Age verification details. Date of birth, and identification such as an Emirates ID or passport where verification is required. Where our delivery team checks ID at the door, that check is visual only. Nothing is photographed, scanned or recorded.

Order information. Purchase history, order details and delivery information.

What we do not collect. We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we receive only confirmation that a transaction succeeded along with the last digits needed to identify it.

To keep you informed. Order confirmations, delivery updates, invoices and service notices sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
